I Learned Patience and Focus
The Narconon program includes a series of unique exercises called Objectives. These exercises help each person release their attention on the past and learn to truly live in the present. By living in the present, a person can leave pain, trauma and shame in the past and focus on creating a strong, new and hopeful life for themselves. This is what one student said as he completed this series of exercises.
“I learned patience and became more capable of focusing on the goal of whatever I was working on. While working on Objectives, I was working on daily goals with another student, my study partner. We learned how to work together to achieve our goals in this section of our rehabilitation.
“When I completed the Objectives, I gained more than just personal improvement. I also felt great joy in seeing my study partner’s development during his Objectives. This friendship was one of my greatest successes on this course.”
