My Journey to Recovery: A New Beginning After Completing the Narconon Program

Tim K., Narconon Europe Graduate

I finished the Narconon program today, and I am very happy with the end result. I am now as good as possible after doing the full program, but I realize that my work on myself and my addiction is definitely not over. In actuality, the program has made me drug-free in the present time and fully ready to start working on myself. The hard part starts now. This was the second time that I did the Narconon program, but this time everything was executed correctly by me, and I can feel the difference.

As they say, it only works if you also work on it yourself.

During the objectives, I had realizations about my life and my behavior that are crucial for my sobriety and to really create change. This is an ongoing process that I will have to work on, on a daily basis.

While reading the books, I finally understood the importance of ethics and applying them in my life. Also realizing what kind of condition the different areas of my life are in and learning the formulas on how to improve this condition. I will have to keep taking good track of throughout my entire life and keep holding my ethics in.

“I am enormously grateful to my parents to have given me this opportunity again, as I have put them through a lot of difficulties.”

I am proud of myself for what I have accomplished during the program, and I feel like I am fully ready to continue the necessary work on myself that is needed. I also want to thank the staff of Narconon Europe for helping me through this journey and giving me guidance and support where it was needed.

Completing the Narconon program marked not an end, but the beginning of a new chapter in recovery. In this personal testimonial, a graduate reflects on lessons learned about sobriety, ethics, self-awareness, and the ongoing commitment required to maintain a healthy, drug-free life. I am so grateful for the support of family and the staff at Narconon Europe. Recovery is a lifelong journey built on daily actions and personal responsibility.
