This course helps you create your own personal “backbone” and gives you the framework to make decisions, so you know you will do the right thing, whatever it may be for you.
During this course, I had both small and big wins. I realized that it was myself who had to make the decisions in my life and not anyone else. Now it’s me making decisions. I’m in control and it's my fault if something goes wrong in my life. It’s not somebody else’s fault.
It was nice to be able to trust other people again and be one that others could trust. It was a pretty good feeling.
