A New and Better Man…

At a Narconon drug rehab center, the goal is to enable a person to enjoy a fresh, new sober life. Making that change in a person’s life requires teaching them the skills they need so they can deal with life’s challenges without wanting to reach for a drink or a drug. In fact, we call each person on our program a “student,” not a patient. This graduate from a European Narconon center explains how it feels after you complete this program and go home.

Before I went to Narconon, I would feel nervous sometimes but I would not know why. Now, that doesn’t happen to me anymore. I feel very clear in my mind—I can think things through and see them from a different perspective when I want to.

“I can now control myself and manage my reactions to situations in life much better than I could before.”

“I feel so clean and so much has changed in my life since completing this program. I can sleep well, I don’t feel nervous and I no longer have panic attacks. I can now control myself and manage my reactions to situations in life much better than I could before.

“I used to neglect my own care and health but I don’t do that anymore. I treat myself well because I deserve it. I can sleep restfully, eat well and I can do the tasks I am supposed to do. I am very happy with my new life and new experiences. I learned many new skills at Narconon and I am happy with my new viewpoint on life. I am becoming a new and better man.”
