A Beautiful Life, Before Drugs

“My life was a very nice one before drugs, I had a beautiful family and very nice friends. I was also very smart and one of the best students in my class.

“I was 17 when I first tried weed with my friends; it looked cool and made me calm. At that time I did not know what effects it could have, and since it was cheap I could support its use. My family did not know anything about this until I was 19 when they began to see a difference in my behavior.

“They saw that I was sleeping a lot, not able to concentrate and not as active and energetic as before. At that point, I was smoking every day and I was addicted to it. I did not want to accept that I was an addict though, thinking everything was going normally.

“It was only when I failed a lot of exams that I understood that I had to do something about my addiction. That is when I found Narconon and one of my friends suggested me that I go to rehab.

“I just finished the New Life Detox and now I am on the Objectives. I admit it was hard at the beginning and 5 hours of sauna for 4 weeks is not easy. It makes you realize how much stuff you put in your body and why would somebody do something like that to his own body. Not only does it clear your body but it also gives you time to think about all the things you did that resulted in this state that you are in.

“If you really think about it, there are no good reasons to use these substances. So just do not do it.”
