My Bad Memories from the Past Are Gone…

This is a person who has been a soldier at war in the past and when he came to Narconon he was struggling with nightmares and had been prescribed medication for depression.

He did the Narconon New Life Detoxification and afterwards, he wrote this:

When I came to Narconon Europe I was still on medication for depressions. I really don't know now if I was depressed or not, but I was in pain.

I found out that I was constantly in pain. Not really enjoying anything. But now after the sauna I feel good most of the time. My sleep is much better now.

I don't wake up in the middle of the nights screaming and sweating anymore.
My heavy memories from the past are now gone, and it is easier for me to let it go.
I know that this was a part of my life and it doesn’t haunt me anymore.
