Through this rehabilitation program, I learned more than I expected to.

When I went through withdrawal, I thought it would be terrible, but with the help and support of the staff, it was not as bad as I had expected. Then I started in the sauna, and in my opinion, it was one of the best parts of the program. I never thought my body would feel normal again, but when I was about halfway through the sauna program, I started to get better than I had ever been before. I slept better, ate more, woke up with more energy and felt better mentally.

When I started on the Objectives, I did not know what to think of them. It seemed a little strange to me, but I actually learned a lot from them. Instead of getting angry when I could not learn something or felt uncomfortable, I learned how to communicate better with another person, rather than trying to avoid the situation. My patience improved and I learned how to stay in the moment, rather than dwell on the problems of the past.

“I learned not only how I could live a life without drugs but how to live a life that I would like to live.”

The ethics part of the program was the most important part for me. I learned how to confront my problems, communicate with people around me, be myself, and rebuild my relationship with my family. I learned not only how I could live a life without drugs but how to live a life that I would like to live.

Narconon has helped me with every problem I had and provided me with the tools to go home and live a drug-free, successful life.
