“Finishing the Ups and Downs course I have learned how to know people better, to know who are the bad people and the ones that gave me drugs. I learned how to go away from them when they will try to come near me again, I learned that only good people are my family, my father, mother, brothers, their wives and my own wife and son. They are the people that really matter for me right now and in the future also.

“I became a social personality again. I was before, but then I started drugs and I stayed with anti-socials so I did what they did. From now on I will be different. My brain works better and faster, I know how to do a plan, When I start something I finish it now. I will enjoy my life without drugs and alcohol, I will live a happy life.”
