Happy Holidays!
This is a very special time of year when families are able to count their blessings and be thankful for all they have done together to make life better for each other.
For those individuals that are suffering from addiction, this is a time of year when they feel regret and loneliness. As loved ones, please take the time to reach out and offer your help.
It is also a time when many people over indulge in alcohol and other drugs. In our history, we have many sad stories of people, in their attempt to celebrate and/or forget the past, have taken this celebration to the extreme, leaving some devastating results.

Why not try to celebrate without alcohol or other drugs and eliminate possible problems? Certainly, you won’t have a hangover the next day. Skip the bars and leave the parties of flowing alcohol or drugs and spend time and energy in spreading happiness in your loved one’s life instead of drinking alcohol.
We wish you and your family a safe and very happy holidays!
