Discovering Myself Day-by-Day

I had many realizations when I did my objectives and even when I delivered them to someone else. While I was working with another student, there was a shift from within me, and I realized how much I loved what I was doing. At that moment, it became clear to me and it was like a catharsis for me. It’s very emotional to slowly discover, day-by-day how a person can become more responsible and happier at the same time.

I’ve learned the importance of vitamins and minerals during the drug-free withdrawal and why students need nutritious food to rebuild their resources. During withdrawal, students should not eat sweet, sugary foods because they actually burn the energy reserves in the body and sugar destroys the body’s natural sugar. To be digested, food needs acid. Eating sugar makes the stomach alkaline, which has the opposite effect. That’s the reason students during withdrawal should only eat nutritional foods, vitamins, and minerals in order to replenish the deficiencies that drugs create.
