A Totally Different Person…

When I first came to the rehab center I felt lonely, but day-by-day I started to feel the love and care that people were giving to me. Then I started the detoxification and washed out the toxins that were in my body. Every day, I felt that much lighter and relaxed. The vitamins also changed my health in a big way.

When I started on Objectives, I realized and understood things that I had lost for a long time—patience and to follow commands and to have faith in others. I learned about concentration and many other feelings and values. I saw many things that surprised me. In the beginning, I thought that they were stupid things, but getting into them and working every day on them, I experienced ups and downs in my emotions and that surprised me.

Then the miracle started when I was on objective exercise #9—I suddenly felt that my brain was working so much better and I was a new person.

After the objectives, I started studying the Life Skills courses, where I learned how to separate good people from bad people. I really looked at who influenced me in my life for good and for bad. The course helped me to remember things I’d forgotten and I realized many things that before I couldn’t see.

Now I feel like a totally different person and I will continue my drug-free life and I will follow my plans for the future.

Thank you, to everyone who helped!
