Israeli families may be concerned to learn that drug abuse is a rising problem among young people. Thankfully, there are steps that parents and community members can take to prevent this problem from getting worse, and to even reverse it. I just finished the sauna part of the program , and I had huge changes both physically and emotionally . I had smoked a lot of marijuana and when I was in the sauna, I could smell the marijuana coming out of my body.

I remember my careless childhood, I was an only child, and my parents gave me all of their attention and I really liked it. I was doing well at school and was also playing sports (football, freestyle wrestling). Around the fifth grade I got my first taste of beer.

A parent tells their child, “ Don’t smoke weed! If you do, you’ll get very sick and die! ” The child nods his head in agreement and goes outside to play. There he sees a bunch of older boys smoking the mentioned weed. The child curiously watches the boys, waiting for them to start falling dead.
