My biggest achievement— I am drug free. I feel so good and the way Narconon showed me is the way to happiness. It is one thing to be drug free, and another thing to get tools to remain drug free throughout your life—and Narconon gave me both.

I just finished the sauna part of the program , and I had huge changes both physically and emotionally . I had smoked a lot of marijuana and when I was in the sauna, I could smell the marijuana coming out of my body.

It’s pretty easy to abuse your painkillers . You won’t even notice when you will be abusing and taking far more than the prescribed quantity. This is what happened with me , I had to go through hip replacement surgery and was given painkillers after surgery.

I was drinking a lot. I had just graduated from college and still was in my party mood. I was sort of confused in my life and having lots of trouble. I was anxious, angry, hostile and frustrated. I found drinking as a solution to calm myself.
