It’s quite easy to abuse your painkillers. You may not even notice when you get to the point that you want to abuse your medication and take far more than the prescribed amount. This is what happened to me. I went through hip replacement surgery and got pain medication after my surgery. I didn’t even notice when I started to abuse my painkillers. It made me unable to do anything. I was very depressed.

My depression and substance abuse began to make me withdraw from more aspects of my life. Slowly I began to lose interest in everything. I started blaming the doctors for my addiction. My family showed me the real truth and the real reason for my addiction. It embarrassed me so I decided to stop.

”Narconon was a miracle—not only did I overcome my addiction,
but also found true happiness.”

I came to Narconon to handle my addiction because I was unable to do it by myself. Narconon was a miracle—not only did I overcome my addiction, but also found true happiness. I feel better than before, both physically and mentally. Narconon helped me get back the person I used to be—in fact, even better.
