Finding Happiness Once Again

The Narconon program includes unique exercises called objectives to help bring a person’s attention off the past and into the present.

A very important factor in drug rehabilitation is to be stable in present time. The purpose of objectives is to bring the person out of the past and into the present and able to live life without using drugs.

The following is a success story from one of our students:

“Running through the objectives I felt that I gained the ability to focus on the present, listen to the instructions that my twin was giving and applying them accordingly without any problem.

“It took some time but now I feel very happy and grateful.

“One of the exercises toward the end of the objectives was hard at the beginning but later on, everything got brighter and I became more aware of my environment and what surrounds me. It seemed like I could go with my eyes closed towards given direction because I felt that my perceptions have been improved.

“I felt that I could control my body and move it anywhere. I feel very satisfied with what I am doing, I feel active and connected to the present again. Above all, I feel very optimistic and happy.”
